We stayed at the Riad Luzia in October 2019. We had a confirmed reservation at the Riad Dar Alhambra but 2 days before we arrived we were told the Riad Dar Alhambra had overbooked and so had reserved a room for us at the Riad Luzia. This was not true as in fact the Riad Luzia was fully booked. The owner could have turned us away but she did not. The Riad Luzia was undergoing renovations and the owner and her amazing staff frantically went about preparing a room for us to stay. The owner even went out and purchased a new bed! We were overwhelmed by her compassion and her commitment to ensure her guests had the best possible experience of Marrakesh. The whole atmosphere was one of tranquillity and the staff could not do enough for us through our stay.I will definitely stay at the Riad Luzia when I come back to Marrakesh.

Close location to a lot of attractions, super walkable to bahia, badi palace, Jama El fana. Hisham gave us ton of useful information about area and accommodated after dinner teas in terrace and good company. Wafa was good in recommending places and restaurants. Clean rooms everyday, next door to art museum.

Gorgeous, traditional Riad. sumptuously designed and lovingly renovated- with a wonderful location, accessible to all the places we wanted to visit - and we had alot of fun exploring on foot - getting to know the streets and heart of Marrakesh. The staff were great, and we felt very much at home. They offered great advice, and accommodated to our every need - above and beyond. Thank you

They made our Moroccan experience the best one so far. We are surely coming back and bringing more people with us! Words can't truly describe the experience we get from this Riad. Food was great, cleaniness was on point, reception was amazing, safety is very good, and the owner is on site making sure everyone is well accomodated.
